“ So far, so good! Roberto in sales was great, and a good listener. I went to Dalton initially to check out the all-electric Soltera, but switched my sights to a used car that more aptly met my needs. Instead of being disappointed, Roberto was a pro & did everything possible to find just the right used car that met all my requirements. Of course it was a Subaru, like my previous car was that had recently been totaled. Jimmy went through the entire Carfax report with me in detail, explaining what everything meant. Jay in Finance was helpful in going through the optional coverages and finance terms, very accommodating! Service department called me the very next business day to schedule and welcome me to the Service VIP Club, and a day later I received a 20% off coupon in the mail for any accessory in parts (I'm going to order the sunshade for my make and model!). And the day I was there and ended up buying my car, a local Subaru car club --or something-- was hosting free lunch with carnitas, carne asada and pollo asado, so my breakfast was covered! I'm just waiting now to be scheduled for windshield replacement, since it has 3 dings none of us noticed before we drove the car home. I would TOTALLY recommend Dalton Subaru and Roberto in sales for your next new or used Subaru purchase! ”
